Personal data will be processed by Monti Legnami s.r.l., with registered office in Borgomanero, via XXIV Maggio no. 1, VAT no. 01236260038, in its capacity as data controller, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and related implementing legislation (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), in order to permit the performance of the activities more fully described below, including on the Monti Legnami s.r.l. website, in compliance with current legislation and as set out in this privacy policy.

The personal data collected are exclusively those provided by the interested party when filling in the contact forms.
– Purpose of processing.
Personal, common and sensitive data will be processed and used for the accounting and administrative management of the relationship or service, including the keeping of accounting records and registrations, the execution of contractual relationships, the fulfilment of obligations provided for by laws, regulations or EU rules and provisions issued by Authorities authorized to do so by law and by supervisory and control bodies, the fulfilment of contracts with suppliers, the transfer of goods and the provision of services, as well as the fulfilment of statutory, contractual and regulatory obligations within the scope of Monti Legnami SRL’s business activity.

The data provided will be processed and stored by Monti Legnami SRL in accordance with the regulations in force for the aforementioned purposes and for future relations that may arise, unless the person concerned expressly revokes authorisation for processing.
Methods of data processing and communication.
The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the GDPR and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the same, preventing unauthorised disclosure, use, alteration or destruction.
The processing of personal data will occur on paper and/or electronically, also with the use of electronic and information technology means. Monti Legnami s.r.l. will process personal data in its own technological infrastructure and/or using the technological infrastructure of third-party suppliers appointed as data processors.
Personal data may be communicated, exclusively for the purposes indicated in this statement, to the categories of subjects indicated below, based in the countries of the European Union and acting, as the case may be, in the capacity of data processors on behalf of Monti Legnami s.r.l., in this case providing the data subject, under their own responsibility, with appropriate information: (a) persons, companies, associations or professional firms that provide services and assistance and consultancy to Monti Legnami s.r.l, with particular but not exclusive reference to accounting, administrative, legal, tax and financial matters; (b) companies that provide, on behalf of Monti Legnami s.r.l., services relating to the Site and to the management and fulfilment of purchase orders through the Site, with particular but not exclusive reference to the analysis of personal data, the management of payment services, management, shipment and delivery of products, marketing activities, the management of services provided through the Site and their customisation in your favour.
Should a request be made to Monti Legnami SRL for the cancellation of the personal data provided, the Company will do so without further notice and/or communication. Should the cancelled data be necessary for the services provided or for the relationships established, this may lead to their immediate termination.
