Renovation of a house in a historic village by Lago Maggiore. This residence enchants with its original oak flooring from the late 1800s, skillfully paired with a minimalist baseboard that adds a contemporary touch. The renovation, executed in a modern style, is completed with a floor in natural oiled American walnut and custom linear furniture made from the same wood essence and finish—areas in which we excel thanks to the expertise of our team. The space, characterized by elegant furnishings and an essential color palette, emanates a sense of harmony and refinement.
